Coffee Bags — Common Questions

What is the MOQ for custom printed coffee bags?
Digital printing starts from 1,000 pcs per design — ideal for launches, seasonal roasts and test runs. Gravure printing starts from 10,000 pcs and gives the best unit price at volume.
Can you add a one-way degassing valve and a zipper?
Yes. One-way degassing valves can be added to stand-up, flat bottom and side gusset coffee bags, together with pocket or press-to-close zippers, tin ties and tear notches.
Which material is best for coffee beans?
Foil laminates (PET/AL/PE) give the highest barrier against oxygen, moisture and light. Metallised structures (VMPET) are a lighter, cost-effective option, and kraft paper laminates give a natural look with a barrier layer inside. Tell us your shelf-life target and we’ll recommend the right one.
How long does production take?
Typical production is 7–15 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and printing method. We ship by sea, air or express to your door or warehouse.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the freight — so you can check the material, print, valve and zipper quality in hand before placing your order.
