Pet Food Bags — Common Questions

What is the MOQ for custom printed pet food bags?
Digital printing starts from 1,000 pcs per design — ideal for launches, new flavours and test runs. Gravure printing starts from 10,000 pcs and gives the best unit price at volume.
Which material is best for pet food?
For oily kibble and treats we recommend structures with a nylon (NY) layer for puncture resistance and a metallised or foil layer for barrier. Clear PET/PE suits dry treats that sell on looks. Tell us your product and we’ll recommend the right one.
Can you make large bags for 10 kg or more?
Yes. Flat bottom and side gusset bags can be made for heavier fills with thicker, puncture-resistant films, carry handles and slider zippers. Send us your fill weight and we’ll suggest a size and structure.
How long does production take?
Typical production is 7–15 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and printing method. We ship by sea, air or express to your door or warehouse.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Samples are free — you only cover the freight — so you can check the material, print and zipper quality in hand before placing your order.
