What is the MOQ for custom roll film?
Roll film is quoted by weight or length rather than by pieces. Send us your film width, print repeat and expected order volume, and weā€™ll confirm the MOQ and price in your quote.
What information do you need to quote roll film?
Your product, packing machine type, film width, print repeat (cut-off length), core diameter, roll outer diameter or weight, and winding direction. If youā€™re not sure, send us a sample pack and weā€™ll work it out with you.
Is roll film cheaper than pre-made bags?
Usually, yes. Roll film skips the bag-making step, so the packaging cost per unit is lower ā€” especially at high volumes on automatic packing lines.
How long does production take?
Typical production is 7ā€“15 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and printing method. We ship by sea, air or express to your door or warehouse.
Can I get samples before ordering?
